First Pres. Youth Group
Growing closer to God, coming to love Him more deeply, learning to obey Him and serve Him with our whole hearts and have fun while doing these things is our goal. Sunday youth group meetings are filled with fun and adventure. We play games, worship, enjoy snacks and more importantly we study God’s Word. Every meeting is different.
During the school year:
Jr. & Sr. High Youth meet Sundays @ 4:00 - 6:00 p.m.

More About Youth
Our Sr. High youth have gone somewhere new every summer on a mission trip since 1993. We’ve helped with construction projects, clean up, evangelism, volunteer work or whatever God has planned.
Every few years interested youth and their sponsors travel to Taize, France, to share the ministry of reconciliation and community founded by Brother Roger in 1940. The week-long trip includes one day at the beginning and at the end to sight see in Paris.
Fundraisers through the year include a dessert auction, a garage sale, spaghetti dinner, Christmas craft sale and other projects that help us pay for our trips.
When it’s time for Dexter High School football, our church, in collaboration with Cafe Cha Cha Cha hosts 5th Quarter, a time for pizza, games, basketball & fellowship, after Dexter home games. Check the calendar for times.
